One shot can make such a difference

What if Jason Richards had made the last second shot vs. Kansas in the regional final in 2008?  How different would life be for Bill Self.  Self just signed a contract extension which will pay him over 38 million for the next ten years.  If JRich hits, would he still be coaching the Jayhawks?  Probably not.
